SCRANTON -- The Pennsylvania Lottery announced Monday that someone out there bought a Powerball ticket in Scranton worth $1 million.
The ticket was sold at the Convenient Food Mart along Moosic Street.
The ticket matched all five white balls from the March 9 drawing but not the red Powerball for a prize of $1 million.
The store will also receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
