TOBYHANNA -- It looks as though there are going to be more cutbacks at Tobyhanna Army Depot because of federal budget cuts.

Officials said more than 420 contracted workers stand to lose their jobs, some as early as this Friday.

Tobyhanna Army Depot cites a declining workload and lack of funding for the anticipated cuts.

The facility announced furlough days for workers last week.
