HANOVER TOWNSHIP -- Charges have been dropped against a woman accused of holding up a restaurant in Luzerne County in the summer of 2010.
According to court papers, the hold-up happened in August when someone walked into the Pizza Hut along the Sans Souci Parkway, and demanded money from the cashier while threatening to use a firearm.
Officials issued a search warrant in 2010 for Jessica Butts, 33, of Hanover Township, but charges have been dropped, and Butts is no longer charged with hold-up.
