JESSUP -- A man was arrested in Lackwanna County Wednesday afternoon after what state police call a case of road rage.
Troopers said Daniel Parliament, 30, of Beach Lake was taken into custody after he allegedly fired a gun out of his car he was driving toward a pick-up truck with two people in it. It happened around 4:30 p.m. just before the Jessup exit on the Casey Highway.
According to state police, Parliament fired the gun after the pick-up truck pulled in front of him.
Troopers did find a gun Parliament's car, but he denies shooting at the other vehicle. He faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
