SCRANTON -- A man turned himself in on Wednesday for raping a 12-year old boy in Lackawanna County.
Robert Frisbie, 32, of Scranton, is charged with rape of child and related charges after admitting to the crime at the Lackawanna County Central Court.
Officials said that the man repeatedly raped the boy over the last year.
Frisbie was locked up Wednesday, and on $75,000 bail.
