EAST STROUDSBURG — A man was charged Wednesday with making terroristic threats In Monroe County.
Peter Verwys, 30, of East Stroudsburg made threats against law enforcement to family members, according to police.
Officers tried to make contact with Verwys Tuesday and he ran into some woods. He was caught later.
