WILMONT TOWNSHIP — Prosecutors in Bradford County have filed charges against a man accused of texting a 13-year-old girl, trying to entice her to have sex.
Police also say 25 year old Douglas Carey, 25, of the Laceyville area sent sexually explicit pictures of himself to the girl and wanted her to do the same.
Carey was taken to the Bradford County jail.
