Police: Child Ate Drug-Laced Cigarette

WILLIAMSPORT — A woman is due in Lycoming County court next week on child endangerment charges.

According to court papers, Erica Moore, 36, of Williamsport put PCP, a powerful drug, in a cigarette in December.

Police said her 10-month-old daughter ate it and had to be treated at the hospital.
