Adjustments Made To Traffic Signals
SCRANTON — Crews were out in Lackawanna County after complaints were made about traffic signals last week.
PennDOT workers were out Friday, adjusting the timing of traffic lights on Adams Avenue and Spruce Street.
County workers complained that they were getting stuck in their vehicles in the parking garage at the end of the day because the light was red for too long.
