SCRANTON — Rolling roadblocks may slow some interstate drivers Thursday, according to PennDOT.
The work is scheduled to take place on Interstate 81 north and south between the Dickson City/Main Avenue exit (190) and the Scranton Expressway exit (191) between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
PennDOT expects major delays.
