WILKES-BARRE -- Police have issued an arrest warrant for the man they believe is responsible for firing a shot in Wilkes-Barre.
Officers were called to the Sherman Hills housing complex Monday for reports of a single gunshot fired inside an apartment along Parkview Circle.
Authorites tell us they are looking for Sherman Wilbourne, 29, who is wanted for assault, terroristic threats, and illegally possessing a firearm.
