MOUNTAIN TOP — Highway drivers in Luzerne County may face some delays Tuesday.
One lane of Interstate 81 northbound will be shut down for emergency bridge repairs near the Mountain Top/Route 309 exit (165), according to PennDOT.
The work should wrap up around 3 p.m. Tuesday.
