SOUTH CREEK TOWNSHIP — Two men charged with raping a teenager in Bradford County are out on bail.
Jesse Briggs, 23, and Mark Briggs, 45, both of Gillette, are accused of sexually assaulting the 15-year-old girl between August and October of 2012 in Bradford County.
