NANTICOKE — On Friday police in Luzerne County filed child endangerment charges against a mother who they claim allowed her child to swallow cocaine.
Officers said medics were called to Amber Morgan’s home along West Church Street in Nanticoke in January for reports of a two-year-old boy overdosing.
Doctors determined the boy had cocaine in his system.
Morgan is in jail.
The boy is with other family members.
