POTTSVILLE — A woman in Schuylkill County is accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from her employer.
Troopers believe Sharon Mullin, 46, from Pottsville got together with a scrap metal dealer – Chester Caldwell, 31, from Peach Bottom in Lancaster County – to overbill Weiner Iron and Metal in Pottsville.
Police say the scam cost the scrapyard in Schuylkill County more than $600,000.
Mullin was charged with theft, conspiracy to commit theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
