Truck Takes Chunk Out Of House

MONROE COUNTY — A house in Wyoming County was damaged after a lumber truck hit it Tuesday afternoon.

Officials said the driver of the truck lost control going around a curve on Route 29 near Noxen around 12:30 p.m.

The truck hit the side of the home causing minor damage.

Nobody was hurt.

The truck was not carrying lumber at the time of the wreck.
