Johnson College along with some other schools across the country are taking part in World Spay Day. The goal is to help control the pet population by providing discounted spaying & neutering services for pets. This one-day only clinic at Johnson College is for residents of Lackawanna County with an income of less than $25,000 annually. It’ll take place Feb. 27.
