WILKES-BARRE -- A couple of accused thieves turned themselves over to authorities in Luzerne County.
Quincy Patrick, 18, of Larksville, and a 16 year old surrendered to Wilkes-Barre Police on Saturday.
The suspects are two of seven wanted in an armed robbery spree in the city between January 20 and January 22.
Patrick and the 16 year old are charged with robbery and other counts. They are in the Luzerne County jail.
