Snowmobile Crash Turns Deadly

BERLIN TOWNSHIP- State police say a man was killed late Saturday night while riding a snowmobile.

The crash happened on Beach Lake near Honesdale around 9 p.m.

Kevin Mulligan of Honesdale was riding a snowmobile across Beach Lake when investigators believe he became disoriented and crashed into a stack of aluminum docks along the shoreline.

Police then say Mulligan was thrown from the snowmobile and died.

Officials say Mulligan was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
