Celebrating Black History Month

February marks Black History Month, a time when our country celebrates African American culture.

Many places in our area are holding events. Newswatch 16`s Ryan Leckey stopped by an event in Lackawanna County Wednesday morning and organizers dished out on some recipes for great soul food.
