MONROE COUNTY -- This time of year, many people are eagerly hitting the slopes in the Pocono Mountains, excited to play in the snow.

But we can't say that for everyone.

"Enough snow. We want warm, water, no more snow," said Chris Butchyk of New Jersey.

Danny Cugini of Staten Island isn't a fan either.  When asked if he was going to play in the snow, "No, why would I? In my bathing suit? Why would I?"

Well that's a valid point and we're not arguing because inside Great Wolf Lodge in Tannersville, the temperature is always 84 degrees.

One family wanted to celebrate a February birthday in warm temperatures, so when they saw the ski slopes, Butchyk said, "We drove right by them. We came right here."

The group does have a good view of the slopes from inside their hotel room and Danny Cugini would rather spend winter here pretending it's summer.

Besides he says this winter, mother nature is coming up a little short, when it comes to snow.

"I know, this little stuff. It's not that fun," said Cugini.

While Cugini may be right, that there is little snow, it can be fun because it's all what you make of it.

Remember, even though Punxsutawney Phil says an early spring, we still have until March 20 when spring officially arrives.
