MAHONING TOWNSHIP — A ruling in Commonwealth Court upholds the PA Game Commission’s decision to revoke a man’s hunting license for 20 years.
Michael Kelly was sentenced in 2011 to at least four years in prison for shooting a turkey hunter in Montour County. The game commission later revoked his hunting license.
Kelly admitted firing a shot that hit Jeff Blue of Danville.
Police said Kelly never called for help because he knew he wasn’t supposed to have a gun since he was a convicted felon.
