Bacon Ranch Wings
What you need:
Chicken Wings
Ranch Dressing
Bacon
Cook chicken wings til crispy. (Fry in 350 Degree oil for about ten minutes or bake at 375 Degrees for about an hour.

Heat some ranch dressing just until it is warm.

Fry some bacon until crisp and then chop.

When wings are fully cooked and still hot, toss them in the ranch dressing and then top with bacon pieces. Serve with celery and bleu cheese or additional ranch for dipping.

Buffalo Chicken Nachos
What you need:
Chicken Breasts, fully cooked
Tortilla Chips
Hot Sauce
American Cheese
Pepperjack Cheese

For cheese sauce:
Bring about a cup of water to a boil, then melt in American and Pepperjack cheese. (About a pound of each or until cheese sauce reaches desired thickness.) Add your favorite chili seasonings until it is as mild or as spicy as you like.
Chop chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and toss in your favorite hot sauce.

Lay tortilla chips out on a platter. Top with some of the cheese sauce. Then spread the chicken over the tortillas, and top with one more layer of the cheese sauce.

Serve with sides of bleu cheese or ranch dressing. Top with anything additional that you may like on nachos, such as jalapenos, chopped green onions, olives, etc. Barbecue sauce could also be substituted for the hot sauce. This recipe is very versatile --- use what you like!

 Philly Cheesesteak Dip
What you need:
Roast beef or cooked cheesesteak meat. (About 1 pound – sliced thin and chopped finely)
American cheese. (1-2 pounds)
Steak seasoning.
One white onion, chopped, sautéed, and drained
One red and one green bell pepper, chopped, sautéed, and drained.

Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil. Melt in American cheese, whisk until smoothe and is somewhat thick. Into cheese mixture, stir in drained onions, peppers, and roast beef. Keep warm in slow cooker set on low.

You can also add any other ingredients that you might like on cheesesteaks – chopped mushrooms, hot peppers, pickles. Experiment with what you like!
