BELLEFONTE — On Wednesday a judge in Centre County denied Jerry Sandusky’s bid for a new trial, but his lawyers are vowing to take the issue to higher courts.
They argued they were not given enough time to prepare for the original trial.
The judge said more time wouldn’t have changed the outcome.
Sandusky was convicted of sexually abusing boys and is serving a sentence of 30 to 60 years in prison.
