Attempted Robbery In Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE — Two suspected thieves are on the run after an attempted armed robbery in Luzerne County.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday at Turkey Hill along George Avenue in Wilkes-Barre.

Authorities tell us the men had a gun, but didn’t get anything because the cash register jammed.
