DALLAS -- Investigators in Luzerne County think an electrical problem is to blame for a fire at a home in Dallas.
It happened along Carr Avenue around 7 a.m. Thursday.
Authorities tell us a young couple lived in the home. The two are still looking for their kitten.
Fire crews tell us the home in Dallas has a lot of water damage and is currently not livable.
