Teen Admits Causing Deadly Crash

LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP — A teenager from Northumberland County has admitted causing a crash that killed his friend and injured two others.

Justin Miller, 17, of Sunbury pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle and aggravated assault charges on Tuesday.

State police said Miller was speeding when he crashed his SUV on Route 304 near Mifflinburg back in September.

A passenger, Travis Tillett, 16, was killed, and two other teens were hurt.
