WBS Penguins win 2-1 at Hersheypark Stadium

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins used a Paul Thompson overtime goal to defeat the Hershey Bears Sunday night 2-1 at HersheyPark Stadium in front of 17,000 fans.

Goalie Jeff Zatkoff stopped 24 of 25 shots for the victory. The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins return home on Wednesday night with St. John’s Icecaps at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre Township.
