WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP — Luzerne County police said the two men who held up a Wendy’s in Wilkes-Barre Township Saturday were arrested Monday night.
Authorities said police in New York City picked up the two men near Times Square. Police said Aaron Flowers, 22, of Sugar Notch and Kristopher Rasmussen, 27, of Melbourne, Florida will face robbery charges.
Police said Flowers and Rasmussen went to the Wendy’s on Highland Park Boulevard Saturday morning and forced employees into a freezer then took money from the restaurant.
Police did not say how soon the two men will return to Pennsylvania.
