More than a few times I’ve seen a good deed turn left and travel instead down the Road of Broken Promises. Such is the event brought to my attention by my friend Shawn.
It’ s a bit of video from YouTube and it shows what happens when one guy decides he’s had enough of a mouse on the loose in his room. He traps it, keeps it alive, then sets out to free it far away from his home and in a place the mouse will ideally live to be a ripe old age. Well, if that had happened we wouldn’t be showing you this video now would we.
Anyway, the poor guy felt bad to be sure but such is the way of life in the outdoors. At least he tried.
