MUNCY TOWNSHIP — A man involved in a wreck in Lycoming County on New Year’s Day has died.
Wayne Houseweart, 57, died on January 5 from injuries in the crash, according to hospital officials.
The wreck happened around 1:30 p.m. on Interstate 180 in Muncy Township, near the Lycoming Mall Road exit (17).
State police said Houseweart was not wearing a seat belt when when he lost control of his car and crashed.
He was flown to Geisinger Medical Center near Danville.
