PITTSTON -- A man accused of using a gun to threaten several people in Luzerne County is in custody.
Police said Joshua Lozano of Scranton threatened five people with a gun at Riverview Manor in Pittston around 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
No one was hurt.
Lozano was arrested on Sunday.
