Cops Allege Sex Crimes

MOOSIC — A man from Lackawanna County faces child sex charges.

Police said James Nee, 41, of Moosic abused a girl beginning in 2003 when the victim was seven years old.

Authorities believe he performed lewd acts and took pictures.

Charges against Nee include indecent assault and corruption of minors.
