SCRANTON -- Police in Lackawanna County have charged a man with impersonating a police officer on two occasions.
According to court papers, Thomas Sedorovitz used a former Scranton police chief's old badge number to call in a fake emergency through a police radio.
He was arrested Sunday and released on bail.
He was arrested again on Monday when cops say he went into a bank on Wyoming Avenue and said he was a detective.
Sedorovitz's family said the man is being treated for mental health issues.
