CLARKS SUMMIT -- A man ripped off a cigar shop in Lackawanna County, according to police.
The owner of Summit Cigar Shop in Clarks Summit said the man came in with another man Friday afternoon and asked to use the bathroom.
Investigators say surveillance pictures show the suspect hiding something under his shirt.
The owner says the thief took some power tools and other items worth about $600.
