Three Arrested in Connection to Robberies

KINGSTON- Authorities in Luzerne County believe they have the men responsible for two robberies at the same gas station in three days.

Police arrested Shawn Butler, Nicholas Reed of Scranton and Charles Everetts of Edwardsville Thursday night.

The arrests come after police say Reed and Everetts robbed Sunoco on Market Street in Kingston Thursday night with a B-B gun.

Police say Butler held up the same gas station in Kingston with a knife on Christmas day.

Reed is also accused of robbing another mini mart in Edwardsille on December 2nd.

All three are locked up in the Luzerne County prison.
