Ski for Lupus Day
Elk Mountain Ski Area hosts “Ski for Lupus Day”. Strap on your skis to support research and a cure for Lupus on Sunday, January 6 with two sessions: 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Call Elk Mountain to reserve your ticket.
Shop for a Cause
Blue Chip Farm sponsors “Shop for a Cause” vendor show in Wilkes-Barre at the Best Western Plus East Mountain Inn on Sunday, January 6 from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. The event includes cash and carry items for sale along with online and catalogue ordering for your favorite products. The event raises funds for the Blue Chip no-kill animal shelter.
