Honesdale remained undefeated with a 72-33 victory over Mid-Valley Thursday night. The Lady Hornets pressure defense confused Mid-Valley all night. Mary Martin and sophomore Katie Miller led the Hornets to victory.
Honesdale has victories over Montrose, Blue Ridge, Valley View, Dallas, and Wyoming Valley West 50-39. Add one more for head coach Tracy Ludwig here in the 2012-2013 year.
Last year Honesdale won the District 2 AAA title with a record of (22-5). It was the school's first title since winning it back in 1992.
