Highway Repairs In Lackawanna County

SCRANTON — Emergency bridge work is slowing traffic in part of Lackawanna County.

According to PennDOT, Interstate 81 southbound is down to one lane near the Main Avenue exit (190) for bridge work.

PennDOT said the work should be completed around 3 p.m.
