For many, the holidays wouldn't be complete without homemade desserts.

Well some of your favorite home-made desserts are the inspiration for new Snack Pack Pudding Bakery Shop flavors.

The new pudding flavors are this week's Taste Test at the Lycoming Mall.

Even with the holiday hustle and bustle, we managed to sidetrack a few shoppers with the new Bakery Shop Puddings: banana cream pie, lemon meringue pie, frosted sugar cookie, and apple pie a la mode.

Our first testers: two sisters from Lock Haven.

Amelia Geyer, said, "You can really taste the apple in it. Maybe even a little bit of caramel in it. Really good. Very tasty."

Geyer's sister, Becky Young, tried the frosted sugar cookie pudding and wasn't impressed. "There's nothing special about it," Young said. "I was a little disappointed. I don't get it, so I don't know that I would buy it."

Cousins Kevin Derrick and Charles Welliver tried the lemon meringue and banana cream pie flavors.

"It tastes just like a lemon meringue pie," said Derrick. "It's very good."

"It's actually pretty tasty. I like it," said Welliver when he tried the banana cream pie pudding.

Five-year-old Ashlynn Charles from Hughesville and her little sister, Payton, gobbled down the banana cream pie pudding.

"It's good... it's my favorite," said Charles.

Since we were in the Lycoming Mall, we stopped by the Central Pennsylvania Newsroom to get the opinion of Newswatch 16's Nikki Krize.

"It's very apple-y. It's very good, I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not. It actually does taste like apple pie," said Krize.

We found new Snack Pack Bakery Shop Pudding at Walmart.

A four-pack costs one dollar.

There are about 100 calories in each cup.
