SCRANTON -- A man was hospitalized after he was stabbed in the head with a pair of scissors in Lackawanna County.
It happened in a rooming house above a bar in the 1200 block of Capouse Avenue in Scranton around 3 a.m. Tuesday, according to police.
Authorities tell us two men living there got into a fight that ended when one of them stabbed the other in the head with a pair of scissors.
Scranton police arrested a 68-year-old man.
They said the victim is expected to recover.
