Robber Takes off with Cash Register

LOYALSOCK TOWNSHIP — A robber got away with cash after holding up a convenience store in Lycoming County.

State police said a man wearing a hoodie and ski mask walked into the Quick Mart on Northway Road near Williamsport just before 7 p.m. Saturday night.

The robber showed a gun and demanded cash.

Troopers said the clerk gave him the cash register, and the thief took off.

No one was hurt in the robbery in Lycoming County.
