OLD FORGE — The teacher’s union blames stalled contract negotiations for a planned strike in the Old Forge School District.
On December 20, teachers in the district plan to walk out.
That is two days before Christmas break is scheduled to start.
The Old Forge Education Association said teachers have been working under an expired contract since August of 2010.
