WILKES-BARRE -- Authorities believe they have the man responsible for an armed hold up at a deli in Luzerne County.
Dispatchers report Peter's Deli on Blackman Street in Wilkes-Barre was robbed at gunpoint around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. They said the man took off with an unknown amount of cash.
A few hours later, police located Basheir Edwards from Wilkes-Barre inside a stolen car in a wooded area of Plains Township.
Police said Edwards also had a stolen gun.
Edwards is locked up in the Luzerne County Prison on robbery charges.
