SAINT CLAIR -- A woman from Schuylkill County will spend between six and 23 months behind bars for a hit and run.
Prosecutors said Joan Trayah, 63, from Pottsville hit Ho Ching Lan, 75, with her car last December in Saint Clair then drove off.
The woman must also pay a $1,000 fine and pay the victim's $233,000 medical bill.
