BERWICK — A non-jury trial begins Tuesday in Columbia County for a man and a woman locked up on child sex charges.
Investigators accuse Daniel Galindo and his girlfriend, Christina Allen with having a young boy and girl from Berwick take part in sex acts.
Prosecutors said Galindo is a listed Megan’s law sex offender and was convicted on molestation charges in 1998 in Texas.
Allen told investigators Galindo was present when she was with the children.
