The pieces are in place for a terrific season for the Williamsport Millionaires basketball team. Returning from an (18-9) season where they lost by one point to Harrisburg in the 2nd round of states is 6-4 junior guard Isaiah Washington already verbally committed to Penn State. Then there's 6-2 senior forward Jahad Thomas rugged and relentless the PSAC schools are interested, and finally center Chris Kinley at 6-6 Kinley creates chaos underneath-Navy is where he'll play next year.

"We played in a few summer league games and i played with an AAU team out in State College. I did really good there and went to a few summer camps. So we're looking really good and trying to polish together as a team and get that chemistry rolling," said Chris Kinley.

"It is good to play with these guys. Chris is a good asset to the team and Isaiah he can do anything around but no only do we got them, but we also got very good key players on our team," said Jahad Thomas.

"I'm excited! It's great to be back in the gym with the team again. We put in some hard work over the summer. We just can't wait for it to start paying off again," said Isaiah Washington.

The Millionaires will get things started this Friday night down in the York holiday tip-off tournament against Reading. Then some of the District 2 teams come into the Magic dome the likes of Crestwood, GAR, and Wyoming Valley West. Coach Allen Taylor says December is important for this Millionaires team.

"They weren't even talking about us. They we're talking about Hazleton, and Wyoming Valley West, Scranton possibly winning the District 2 which I thought was kind of funny because we have just about everybody back so our guys took that kind of personal. So we're looking forward to the District 2 run and some of these other games we have coming up," said Allen Taylor.

The talent is here for Williamsport. Can Coach Taylor tie it all together. We'll find out in the next four months.
