HAZLETON — A man is under arrest in Luzerne County, charged with firing shots at another man on a city street in Hazleton.
According to police, Ramon Diaz fired two shots at a 19-year-old who was involved in an altercation with the suspect’s son.
It happened in the area of 5th and Locust Streets after 11 p.m. Wednesday.
The 19-year-old was not hit.
Diaz is charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
He was taken to the Luzerne County Prison.
