WILLIAMSPORT — A man from Virginia will spend more time in prison after a judge in Lycoming County re-sentenced him Tuesday.
Ty Levy was convicted in June of having sexually explicit video chats with a girl.
He was sentenced to up to six years last month but a judge tacked on more time this week.
The former elementary school teacher could now spend up to ten years in prison.
Police said Levy had explicit video chats with a girl from Lycoming County from the fall of 2009 until February, 2010. He was arrested in June, 2011.
Levy was a fifth grade teacher in Virginia.
