Man Sentenced For Williamsport Murder

WILLIAMSPORT — A man from Lycoming County will spend up to 30 years in state prison for killing another man.

Roger Riera was sentenced Tuesday by a judge in Lycoming County for the shooting death of Andrew Gula, 21, in September, 2011.

Riera was found guilty of third-degree murder, aggravated assault and voluntary manslaughter charges by a jury in August.
